Paste recent Black & White photograph firmly (not stapled) in the space provided. If required, CUT the Photograph to fit in the space provided for the Photograph.

Only parent's / guardian's name is to be written in the space for address. (Do not write your name in the space for address.)

Incomplete / unsigned / without Photograph Forms shall be rejected.

Students from the State of Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible to appear in this test, as that State has not adopted the provisions of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. The details may be seen in the Information Bulletin/website.

Candidates are required to take a printout of the Online Application Form after successful submission of data Online. The print out of the computer generated Form, complete in all respect as applicable for offline submission should be sent to the Controller of Examination, Veterinary Council of India, ‘A’ Wing, 2nd Floor, August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi- 110066 by registered / speed post only.

Candidate should attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 800/- for General/OBC category and Rs.400/- for SC/ST Category in favour of the “VETERINARY COUNCIL OF INDIA, DELHI” payable at New Delhi drawn on any nationalized bank.
